Portland (OR) - RE/MAX equity group announced today the Beaverton
broker Andrea Johnson finished the 2009 year as one of the firm's top 50
real estate brokers in the US and one of the company's top 100
worldwide. The rankings were released today.
Johnson finished as the #49 individual broker for RE/MAX in the US
and #82 worldwide. Johnson is a broker in the Sunset Corridor office in
Beaverton."We are extremely proud of Andrea. She has done an outstanding job in
a real challenging time in our business and we applaud her efforts,"
said Jim Homolka, President of RE/MAX equity group.
Johnson's business has had a nice balance. She has a team of buyer's
representatives that help prospective buyers search for new homes.
During the mid/late part of 2009, this group was busy helping first time
home buyers who were hoping to cash in on the Federal $8,000 Tax
Credit. She also has a team of listing representatives who assist those
selling their homes. One other major portion of her business in 2009
came from Real Estate Owned (REO) buyers and sellers. During her 18 year
career, she has focused on this segment, long before the recent market
downturn.
